Modify Global Address Book Display View – Exchange 2007
by default, global address book in Outlook will display the "Name" and "Business Phone" in the first two columns. In Outlook 2007, it will display the "Name" and the "Title" in the first 2 columns. Can I modify the display column according to our need. We are on exchange 2007. For example instead of Business Phone if I want to display Department Name, how can I do that ? Thanks Suresh

Hi Suresh,No, actually those fields are hard coded and cannot be changed as required. However you can change the fields which you see in the properties of any object in GAB with the help of DetailsTemplate Editor.References:Managing Details Templateshttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232094.aspxSimilar thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/7765bb6a-21a5-49d4-959e-497bfed6a750/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
